  1. On 1888

In the beginning of our grandfather's journey in 1888, starting with four handloom machines was a significant step forward. During that time, handloom weaving was a prevalent method of producing textiles, and these machines would have represented a valuable asset for his business.

The four handloom machines at the beginning of our grandfather's journey symbolize the humble origins of his textile business. From these modest beginnings, he would have laid the groundwork for future growth and success, setting the stage for a legacy that would be carried forward through the generations.

  2. On 1935

After our grandfather began his journey with four handloom machines in 1888, the legacy continued with the next generation. The father of Mr. Murugesan took the business further by expanding it to 15 handloom machines. This represents a significant growth in production capacity and signals the family's dedication to the art of weaving.

With 15 handloom machines, Mr. Murugesan's father was able to scale up the business and cater to a larger market. The increased number of machines would have allowed for higher productivity and the ability to produce a greater variety of fabrics. This expansion also indicates a growing demand for the textiles and the recognition of the family's craftsmanship and reputation.

This expansion signifies the family's commitment to preserving and advancing the tradition of handloom weaving. By increasing the production capacity, Mr. Murugesan's father was able to further establish the family business and strengthen its position in the textile industry.

The journey from four handloom machines to 15 handloom machines reflects the family's entrepreneurial spirit, dedication, and perseverance. It demonstrates their ability to adapt to changing times while maintaining the core values of quality craftsmanship and a passion for textiles.

  3. On 1970

After the successful expansion to 15 handloom machines by Mr. Murugesan's father, the family business continued to flourish. The next phase of growth involved further increasing the production capacity, reaching an impressive 40 handloom machines. This expansion represents a significant leap in the family's journey and showcases our continued commitment to the art of handloom weaving.

The growth from 15 to 40 handloom machines signifies the family's ability to adapt, innovate, and capitalize on opportunities. It showcases their entrepreneurial spirit and our dedication to preserving the art of handloom weaving while embracing the demands of a changing market.

The family's journey from four handloom machines in 1888 to 40 handloom machines is a testament to our hard work, expertise, and commitment to excellence. It demonstrates their resilience and determination in building a successful textile business that has endured through generations.

  4. On 1985

We were actively involved in the field of handloom machines in 1985 and grew your operation to 100 machines. Handloom machines are used for weaving textiles and have been an integral part of textile production for centuries. By having 100 handloom machines, it suggests that we had a significant production capacity and were likely involved in producing a substantial amount of woven textiles.

  5. On 1996

We established our own export house in 1996, following our active participation in the field of handloom machines. Expanding our business to include an export house indicates a significant milestone in our entrepreneurial journey. It suggests that we were able to leverage our expertise in handloom machines and the textile industry to tap into international markets.

Operating an export house involves various aspects, such as sourcing raw materials, managing production, ensuring quality control, and coordinating logistics for shipping goods to different countries. By growing our handloom machine capacity to 100 by 1985, it indicates that we had the production capabilities to meet the demands of both domestic and international markets.

Exporting textiles can be a complex process, involving compliance with trade regulations, understanding market trends, and building relationships with buyers and importers. It's commendable that we were able to navigate these challenges and establish your own export house.

  6. On 2007

In addition to our handloom machines, we expanded our operations to include power looms as well. Power looms are automated weaving machines that offer increased production capacity compared to handlooms. By acquiring 25 power loom machines by 2007, we further enhanced your production capabilities.

The integration of power looms into our textile manufacturing process likely allowed us to increase efficiency and output. Power looms automate certain weaving processes, reducing the manual labor required and enabling faster production. This would have given us a competitive edge in meeting the demands of your customers, both domestically and internationally. By combining our handloom and power loom machines with your export house, we created a vertically integrated operation that could handle different stages of textile production, from weaving to exporting finished products. This level of growth and diversification showcases our entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in the textile industry.

  7. On 2015

We continued to expand our textile manufacturing capabilities by adding auto loom machines to our operations. Auto looms, also known as automatic looms or shuttleless looms, are advanced weaving machines that further increase efficiency and productivity in textile production.

By acquiring 30 auto loom machines in 2015, we demonstrated a commitment to adopting new technologies and staying at the forefront of the industry. Auto looms eliminate the need for shuttle devices used in traditional power looms, allowing for faster weaving speeds and greater versatility in fabric designs.

Integrating auto looms into our production process would have provided several advantages, such as reduced labor costs, improved fabric quality, increased production capacity, and enhanced design possibilities. These machines are highly efficient and can handle complex patterns and fabric structures with ease.

With a combination of handlooms, power looms, and auto looms, our textile manufacturing setup became a comprehensive operation capable of catering to diverse market requirements. This level of growth and technological advancement indicates a strong commitment to meeting customer demands and maintaining competitiveness in the industry.

  8. On 2017

By venturing into rotary printing in 2017, we expanded our textile manufacturing capabilities even further. Rotary printing is a popular method used in the textile industry to apply intricate and colorful designs onto fabric. It allows for high-speed and precise printing, making it ideal for large-scale production.

With the capability to print up to 72 inches, we were able to cater to a wide range of fabric widths, providing versatility to your customers. Rotary printing offers advantages such as vibrant and detailed designs, consistent color reproduction, and efficient production.

By combining our auto loom machines with rotary printing, we created a vertically integrated setup that covered multiple stages of textile production, from weaving to printing.

The addition of rotary printing to our operations indicates a proactive approach to adopting new technologies and staying ahead in the textile industry. It also demonstrates our commitment to providing a diverse range of textile products to meet the demands of both domestic and international markets.
